The Shower

Here is the soon to be bride at her personal shower. We had so much fun watching her open her gifts. I must say that she got very red after opening some of her gifts. She got lots of very nice gifts, we had a wonderful turn out. I was so proud of our sisters here. She also got a whip and some handcuffs. I bet R.D. will be in hog heaven. Oh the joys of being young................laughing out loud.

I'm Back

I have been away from the computer for awhile, and I have so much information that I can't think strait sometimes. For starters we took the kids to six flags for the weekend a few weeks back. We had so much fun. I have decided that I am a weirdo (I love the big roller coasters.) Had so much fun loved the thrill of the ride. I so could be addicted. I will post some pics at the end of my blog.

I feel as if there is not enough time in the day to do all that I need to do. I try to keep my house half way clean, do laundry, keep the kids up on school. Plus all and anything I feel that is important. Like have lunch with some of my dearest friends. You know who you are and you are such a good friend and I am glad that God let you come into my life. I feel as if God gave me some of the best girl friends in the world. And each of them bring something different to the table. Lately it feels as if so many people I know are having marriage problems. And this really seems to make me a emotional mess. So I have decided that I am determined to make sure that I have a wonderful marriage. I want to work on it before I wake up one morning and wonder what happened. Me and Lee already have a very good relationship but what can it hurt to get closer to God and to each other to reasure us that we will make the full run of this marriage.

{ Piano Recital }

We had our first piano recital the other day. I must say it was a blast. I love watching the kids show off what they have learned. Here is a few pictures of my talented little ones doing there thing.

School.....again.....

A few weeks ago I went to the Homeschool Convention in OKC and ordered the kids some new school. I so love what I got so far. I got the Switched-On Schoolhouse from Alpa Omega. I felt like it was Christmas when we recieved it. We got it all set up and made the kids start early. So far we have had two real good days of doing our new school. The kids seem to enjoy it so far. We are also doing Math-u-see also. I so love the math-u-see. I must say it is my favorite math so far. The kids seem to understand what they are learning with it. I like having most of the subjects on the computer it seems to help out alot. I still have to help them some. But I can clean while they are doing there work and stop when needed to assist. We decided to go on ahead with this next years school early and have a jump start. We never know what is going to happen in our life to make school stop for a period. So we thought we would get a jump on it so we don't get behind. This is a picture of Stormie playing a learning game I found at the Apple Tree. It teaches spelling and reading.

Dream come true

The last few nights Lee thought he could see deer at the back of land. So he set up his deer camera to catch them in action. So this morning he went out and got the sd card out of the camera so we could see. These are a few of the pictures he got. The camera probably got about 25 pictures or more. I must say this is his dream, to have land with deer on it. We had some other land but it had so much flat land that his dream didn't last long there. It was beautiful land though, but this is so much more what he wanted. I must say I love to wake up and look out and only see land. And know that it is only 5 minutes to the store. And I must say that I have not seen that many bugs that have freaked me out yet. We went and bought some (guines) to help keep the tick situation down. They are being raised in the garage and when they get big enough we will let them go to have a feast in our yard with all the bugs they can eat. This is a picture of the little critters that will be helping us on our quest to free our yard of bugs.

Outside

Well this is the outside of our home. My husband is so loving having all the land. He is a big hunter so he has his deer feeder out and plans to put in some food plots. He also has a nice shop that he is renting to the previous owners for a couple of months. My husband is very spoiled I must say. But that is o.k. I still love him as long as he spoils me along the way. (hehehe)

My House

Well this is my new house. And I am very excited about it. I love how my living, dining room and kitchen is all one room. The only down fall is that I only have 2 rooms. But I can live with it until we can add on. I will take pic's of the land and outside next time. My home has been a blessing and we do love it.
